Unable to differentiate between NSE and BSE tickers

While search for a stock we get two results one from NSE and another BSE.
But we are unable differentiate which stock name or ticker belong to which Exchange.
This is very essential as the liquidity may be different across exchanges and options may not be available in BSE.

Also helps in adding the stocks to watchlist.
