I have been experiencing frequent chart hanging and freezing issues on both the mobile application and the desktop platform. During live market hours, the charts often become unresponsive, resulting in delayed updates and affecting trading decisions. Since last 3-4 trading sessions, there is visible lag in website while placing orders. When we punch the order the website simply freezes for 3-4 seconds and after that the order gets confirmed/executed. Please do not compromise on speed and reliability.
Check the image, Last few days cant use punch website from the installed App from Google Croome. Requesting please provide Punch desktop As PWA website or windows desktop App.

Hello Team punch ..thnx so much for pine script coding on punch ..its very great full for us….but there is an issue that whenever i applied my scripted code on chart after some time the whole chart and layout get legged and stop working ..plz check this and try to remove this bug …..other wise all are good work done by you …plz chk on urget bsess
No option to delete imported indicator , It will be piled up in certain period,. It will be messy .. I add those for testing purpose but now i cant able to remove from my view

chart is too much lagging in desktop version. running PNL calculation on chart is not smooth. not feeling any joy during trading. i made loss because of lag in chart
Their is glitch some times happen in Punch Desktop. Chart sudden disappear from screen and it look like this as seen as attached image. After refresh or changing layout it become normal again. Please track this issue and resolved as soon as possible.
There is an issue with web plateform in live market hours as it show wrong candle formation in small time frame like 1,2,3,5 minut its suddenly jumps very high and very with gap price but in higher time frame price doesnot went up and down. and also profit and loss is not captured with candle formation it goes stucks ..plz chk this if you can do it ..
Its not actual an issue, other brokers also dont havelive price line on tgheir Renko charts but Their is any possibility by Punch team make it available on their live Renko chart. I am requesting this to you because Punch Desktop is only broker is giving free of cost “percentile” input method in Renko charts. Please think about this request and revert.
