The Rectangle tool fails to keep extended till the time 3.30 PM if the user plot the OHLC levels using rectangle before the market opening.

Steps:

1. By 9 am (before 9.15 am) plot the OHLC levels using rectangle

2. maximise the index chart

3. Extend the levels till the market closing time

4. Wait till the market open till 9.15 am

5. After opening the market minimise the index chart to see the second option chart

6. Now observe the levels you extended gets shrink at 9.15 am

Expected Result: Any drawing should not get modified at any condition

Second case : I Observed this for trend line drawing also, I had plotted the trend line by connecting three to four swing highs but after minimising the chart the trend line gets shifted somewhere and I had to correct it again.
