The rectangle box edit corners get active if you hover on the the price axis of the chart.

Step-

1. Open any chart

2. Mark levels with rect-angle

3. Now scroll the chart till the half part of rect-angle gets out of the chart screen

4. Now hover on the price axis of the chart where the rectangle is aligned

5. Observe the rectangle edit buttons/corners get enabled to edit

Expected - The edit buttons of rectangle should not enable if you are hovering anywhere on the chart except the rectangle or drawing

Impact - The scrolling of price axis gets difficult
