Bring double headed arrow

Dear TeamPunch,

When I’m drawing a rectangle to show a zone, then while adjusting its dimensions, I will drag the rectangle by pressing the circular dots available on sides and vertices of the rectangle, but while hovering over those dots, I’m getting confused as only a hand symbol is coming and not that usual double-headed arrow which represents adjustment.
