Urgent Issue – Stop Loss Not Triggered Even After LTP Crossed

I would like to report an issue regarding a trade where the Stop Loss was not executed even after the LTP moved below my stop loss price. As shown in the attached

screenshot, the LTP went below my Stop Loss level, but the trade remained active (ON). Due to this, my loss increased more than expected, which should have been prevented if the Stop Loss had triggered correctly. Due to this issue, I am not trading regularly on Punch. This was a small trade, so the loss did not affect me much. However, I am now scared to trade with higher LTP or larger quantity trades on the Punch Android App.
