Relocate BALANCE OF CANDLE TIME display

Especially on phone, the balance of candle time (BCT) is obscured and gets hidden by Price label and price label of OPEN position.

It is therefore appropriate to relocate it to the center of space between scrip name anf top menus(time frame selection & technical indicators selection menu). Screenshot with marking is attached/uploaded.
