Please add horizontal line value editing bar.

When the horizontal line is drawing on chart there have no input box where I can easily drop my exact value to quickly plot the line .

Currently I drag the line so many time with my hand (where hand is vibrate) to adjust the accurate value of line

Please solve this problem, providing a input box on horizontal line.
