Name and Save Layouts

Please kindly provide to name and save Layouts, presently I couldn’t see this feature.

If I create more than one Panel in a lay out and latter want to delete any of the panels, is it possible and from where to delete.

Highly appreciate if you look into this feature and provide in your next update
