Say u have 1000 in ur account now today u earned 500. Then your account shows 1500. But if u take a new trade worth 900 then margin calculator shows only 400 required for this trade. It should actually show 900. This is confusing in quick decision making

    I was about to post the same issue..the whole Indian brokers system follows these stupid way of calculations..punch has done something different with separating the individual position’s profit and loss..but missed out on this margin calculation bit.

    Please correct this

    We want individual positions’ margin requirement.. don't add this with existing profit.. that's truely illogical.
