Indicator below the chart

I had asked this before also. Whether the indicator below the chart can be independently adjusted? This will avoid disturbance of the chart keeping it intact. Also another indicator any applied can remain intact.

Center line at the separation between split chart mode to be remained fixed and immovable. Because you have anyways provided full screen mode of each split chart.
