Important: Closure of Your Trading and Demat Account

Dear Client,

We wish to inform you that Market Pulse Securities Private Limited ("Company"/"Punch") has decided to discontinue its business operations and is in the process of surrendering its registrations as a Stockbroker (NSE Member Code: 90253; BSE Member Code: 6845) and Depository Participant with CDSL (DP ID: 12095300), subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

This email serves as your 30 days' advance notice that your Trading and Demat Account will be closed with effect from 12 September 2026.

Trading Account

You may continue to trade in the F&O segment up to 4 September 2026. After this date, no fresh F&O positions will be permitted.

Fresh transactions in the Equity segment are already disabled; however, you may sell your existing equity holdings up to 11 September 2026.

Demat Account

As per our records, your Demat Account (Client ID: WFE2138) currently has equity holdings. You are therefore requested to sell or transfer your holdings to a demat account with another Depository Participant by 4 September 2026.

You may either:

1. Sell your holdings in the market; or

2. Submit an account closure-cum-transfer request through the Punch mobile application. Please submit an Account Closure-cum-Transfer Request through the PUNCH mobile application by navigating to: Jump To → Profile → Action → Request A/c Closure. Before submitting the request, please ensure that you have the CMR copy of the Demat account of the receiving broker available with you. You can get the CMR copy from the receiving broker.

Once all holdings and outstanding obligations are cleared, the Company will process closure of your account.

If no instructions are received and the holdings remain in the account, the account may be marked as "To Be Closed", in accordance with applicable regulatory and depository requirements.

Action Required – By 4 September 2026

• Close/square off any open trading positions, wherever applicable.

• Sell or transfer your securities to another demat account.

• Clear any outstanding dues or obligations.
