Exit all must have options to select positions to exit

If I have 5 open positions and I want to exit 3 only. Then after opening exit all give option to select all or individual positions to exit. This will help in few quick exits. Besides it will not exit my short term bets.

@Sanjiv Choudhary This is definitely a great suggestion. I will put this up for a vote in our next release cycle. If it gets the enough votes, we will most assuredly build it.
