Discrepancy in Executed Order – Quantity Sold Not Reflecting in Order Book

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a discrepancy in my trading account. On 10 February, I executed a sell order for NIFTY 25900 Put (NRML), 15 lots at ₹8.90. The transaction is correctly reflected under the Positions tab as a completed sale, and the profit amount is also shown in the closed positions section. However, the same executed order is not appearing in the Orders section (Order Book) as a completed transaction. This inconsistency between the Positions tab and the Orders tab is concerning.

Although the contract note is accurate, such inconsistency in the platform display may lead to confusion and record-keeping issues.
