Collapse up enables by default if we move the cross hair on the chart

1. Add a list of indicators fsay 5-7 in number Like EMA 9,21,50,100 and 200

2. Collapse down the indicator list , this will hide all the indicator details

3. Now move the cross hair anywhere on chart

4. Now all the indicators collapse up showing all the indicator list sometimes overlapping on candle

Expected Behaviour :

If the indicator list is hidden , then moving the cross hair anywhere on charts should maintain the original state of indicators list
If the original state was collapse down , it should be in collapse down state

If the original state was collapse up, it should be in collapse up state
