Since the day I got to know I'm overtrading just for the sake to cover the previous loss I dive more towards loss. Since then, I have decided to set my daily Target for loss as well as profit. For example my capacity to handle loss of 10,000 if it hits once I'll exit the market and not gonna return and regret if it jumps up same goes for profit.
