Algo Function through Punch Desktop

Due to new rule all algo software are not working or we need to pay for static IP. My request please allow some algo functions with Punch. EX- Open range breakout Option BUY, Time based option BUY, Wait and Trade Option BUY. Through manual its not possible to place trigger order that much fast and he strike price movement very fast when market open.
