Accounts Add And Change

For example, I have two accounts and I want to delete one account, then its feature should be updated in it and there should also be a feature to delete the one which was my primary account

Now as I had one account which was my fridge, now I applied withdrawal and that amount went into my freeze account which was my primary account which was full, what is the problem with that thing, now all the amount which came in my fridge went into the freeze account
